FARM HAND POSITION-$15-16/hr DOE

Jodar Farms is currently looking to add an energetic team member to work starting ASAP and through theSpring, Summer, Fall Months. The farm is looking to bring on folks who are excited to learn about small scale pasture and livestock management. Part/Time- Full/Time available.
We are looking for hard working individuals who are not afraid to get dirty working with chickens and pigs. Ideal candidate will need to have an open schedule (weekend and evening availability is a must) and be able to handle strenuous physical labor in sometimes difficult working conditions. We are also able to work around school and off farm jobs if necessary. All work is outdoors so proper work attire is required (boots, gloves, hats, etc.). Primary job duties will be feeding, watering, and general care of chickens and pigs, collecting eggs, changing bedding, mucking pens, general maintenance, chicken slaughter, packaging and some customer service.
Shifts will be completed primarily in Wellington at the farm production location with some shifts at the Fort Collins site as well.

Egg washing/packaging-$15/hr

Jodar Farms is seeking part time (~20-25 hours per week) help washing and packaging eggs for the 2022 season. This position will work out of our Vine Drive Farm location where our automatic egg washer is located.

Egg washing requires attention to detail, capability to multi-task, and requires standing for multiple hours at a time. You must also love eggs, because you will be sent home with A LOT of eggs!
